1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the LeadHawk platform (leadhawk.club), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

LeadHawk is a real estate intelligence platform that aggregates auction and foreclosure property data in the United States and Brazil. We provide search tools, AI analysis, ROI calculators, automated alerts, and market reports to assist real estate investors.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Full access to the platform requires a paid subscription ($199/month or $1,990/year).
  • We offer a 7-day free trial for new users.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

By using LeadHawk, you agree NOT to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially share platform data.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data in bulk.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or internal systems.
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Share access credentials with third parties.

6. Data and Accuracy

LeadHawk aggregates data from public sources (HUD.gov, Caixa Econômica Federal, FipeZAP, public records). While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. All investment decisions are your sole responsibility. We recommend always verifying information directly with official sources before making any purchase decisions.

7. AI Analysis

Deal Scores, ROI analyses, and AI-generated recommendations are estimates based on algorithms and available data. They do NOT constitute professional financial, legal, or real estate advice. Consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

LeadHawk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to financial losses arising from investment decisions based on platform data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and algorithms of LeadHawk are the property of LeadHawk and its founders. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform during your active subscription.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Florida.
